Faulty Items
Please contact us if you have any concerns in relation to the quality of any of our products. We will refund or exchange any faulty item purchased from our store and reimburse any associated reasonable return postage costs, if the product is determined faulty through no fault of the customer. We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects, such as issues with any parts or material defects, for six months after purchase. We do not guarantee our products for issues related to wear and tear including rips, spills, scratches, chips, mould, fading, stains and odour. We have found the seals hard to do up and undo especially for little hands. Obviously we are hoping they soften a bit after use.

I purchased 2 sets of the Russbe Reusable Snack/Sandwhich Bags (monster design) for my 2 & 6 year old. These are perfect for their lunch boxes at school and daycare - keeps everything fresh and fit in the lunchbox without taking up all the room. Both kids love the design with my 2 year old calling them 'Raa Raa' bags.
I recently purchased the set of 4 reusable snack/sandwich bags, they were delivered fast and the quality is even better than i thought. They're also easy to clean which is a must with this sort of thing! The gusset at the bottom opens up and you can fit a lot into the bags. Perfect for my son's snacks/lunch on the go, as we're doing Baby Led Weaning. As someone who relied heavily on the single use plastic ziplock bags, I highly recommend, I'm going to buy some more for my husband's lunch!
