Faulty Items
Please contact us if you have any concerns in relation to the quality of any of our products. We will refund or exchange any faulty item purchased from our store and reimburse any associated reasonable return postage costs, if the product is determined faulty through no fault of the customer. We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects, such as issues with any parts or material defects, for six months after purchase. We do not guarantee our products for issues related to wear and tear including rips, spills, scratches, chips, mould, fading, stains and odour. It is so great we bought another! It’s does exactly what it says in the description and it’s perfect for the yumbox with room. In fact you can fit two! It’s ideal for my daughter’s packed lunch and snack box and keeps it cool all day. Just what we needed. Only tiny downside is.. it’s heavy(ish)
This product, in theory is good, its not heavy to carry when ice packs are frozen, it does keep food cold. The only downfall is it only last a few hours. Ive only used it once and its spring im not sure how well it will go in QLD summer heat ? It works, I just expected it to stay colder for much longer.

Love this cooler bag, I actually also take these grocery shopping to put our cold food in. You can fit alot into the container.
This lunch box is strong and a good size. We are using it 5 days a week. It's also easy to clean.
This has been a lifesaver for keeping lunches cool in hot Qld. It fits the bento box perfectly and is so much easier than ice bricks. Zips are great quality. This is my second purchase and it had done well to survive the wear and tear of small kids.
