• When leak-proof insulated bowl is removed, the square and rectangular compartments are only intended for sandwiches and other dry foods. They are not watertight or suitable for liquids like drinks/water/juice/watery dressings.

Care Instructions:

• Always hand wash with non-abrasive sponge.  Not dishwasher safe, the heat drying cycle may effect and warp this product. Not microwave safe. Use warm, soapy water to wash. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scrubbers. Do not use bleach. or cleaners containing chlorine. 
• Be sure to remove the lid seal and gasket for cleaning everyday. They get icky if you miss this step. Make sure you let it dry completely before

** Usage Instructions. How should I prepare my thermos for optimal insulation?: 

• First - always preheat your thermos with hot water. Fill your thermos with hot water from a kettle and let it stand with the lid off for 5 minutes. Then carefully pour out the hot water. Use extreme caution when handling hot liquids!
• Second - opt for foods like soup or items with sauce. Bread based items such as quesadillas or chicken nuggets won’t stay warm very long.
