We will refund or exchange any faulty item purchased from our store and reimburse any associated reasonable return postage costs, if the product is determined faulty through no fault of the customer. We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects, such as issues with any parts or material defects, for six months after purchase. We do not guarantee our products for issues related to wear and tear including rips, spills, scratches, chips, mould, fading, stains and odour. I needed a large bento box to fit all the snacks my son loves. Previously, he used a double lunchbox bag, but his new school requires a “no-wrappers” lunchbox. I'm so glad I found this one. It's sturdy, easy to clean, and has lots of large compartments. I'm also saving money on snacks by using a lunchbox! Who knew! I highly recommend this bento box.

I have only had these bento lunchbox sets for a few weeks but the kids and I absolutely love it. We upgraded from the smaller version as the kids have gotten older are eating much more. These lunchboxes are so spacious so we can fit a lot more variety in. The lunchbox itself is so easy to clean and The insulated bags come in so many great designs, the kids loved being able to choose their favourite ones. I would 100% buy again, and I know I will be recommending these lunchbox sets to anyone and everyone!
The space provided is excellent for our hungry hungry grade 1 boy. Keeps foods separate and allows for variety without cross contamination. Used one box for two school years before lid patches wore down, just waiting for spare parts to be in stick and will buy more when more kids are school aged
We purchased 2 lunchbox packs 6 years ago. they have lasted that long with only end of last year one of the lids have lost it's clip. still functional but time to repurchase. Definitely worth the money! Great compartment spaces for assortment of foods and the seal is amazing, we never had food leakage into other compartments. As said above I am purchasing again!
