Faulty Items
Please contact us if you have any concerns in relation to the quality of any of our products. We will refund or exchange any faulty item purchased from our store and reimburse any associated reasonable return postage costs, if the product is determined faulty through no fault of the customer. We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects, such as issues with any parts or material defects, for six months after purchase. We do not guarantee our products for issues related to wear and tear including rips, spills, scratches, chips, mould, fading, stains and odour. I bought this for flavoured water in lunchboxes and it is perfect! My daughter loves it and loves bowing everyone how it works. Even thinking of adding milk to it to help my little one get through the day! Fits in the BBox Bento on left hand side (without divider) or even in the sandwich compartment if you aren’t using that part for anything else.
My daughter doesn't have the biggest appetite but loves to have a class of milk with lunch - and this handy container has made it easy to do this on schools days too. So far we've had no leaks. I only ever wash it by hand, and find it is quite easy to wash and keep clean. I'm glad I bought two!
