Care Instructions:Before first use, clean the product. Separate all parts before cleaning. Handwash in warm water with dishwashing liquid and rinse thoroughly (not dishwasher safe), and ensure all parts are dry before storage and reassembly. Do not use abrasive agents or scourers. Keep parts away from direct sunlight or sources of direct heat, as this may weaken the product. Some food may discolour this product. This will not impact performance.

Please contact us if you have any concerns in relation to the quality of any of our products. We will refund or exchange any faulty item purchased from our store and reimburse any associated reasonable return postage costs, if the product is determined faulty through no fault of the customer. We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects, such as issues with any parts or material defects, for six months after purchase. We do not guarantee our products for issues related to wear and tear including rips, spills, scratches, chips, mould, fading, stains and odour. These lunchboxes are quite deep, and are adaptable to different lunch options. Parts can come out or be moved to make bigger sections. Very easy to clean and the leak-proof sections are actually leak-proof. 100% recommend!
Bought reusable bag, the omie box, bbox bento and bbox snack box. My son just started pre-kindy and doesn’t like sandwiches for Lunch. The omiebox is truly life saver!!! The reusable bag is fun and practical. The bbox bento is huge i could fit so much in there which makes it great to pack for when going for park or beach.
