All orders are shipped using Australia Post or Fastway Couriers. Standard delivery is aflat rate of $9.95,or FREE for orders over $120** (see exceptions below). Express post next day delivery will incur additional charges, depending on the total weight of the order.

Delivery - Same Day Dispatch Cut Off Time

Safe Delivery & Authority To Leave
All orders must be signed for on delivery unless you have given authority to leave goods without a signature (in the Delivery Instructions box in the Cart). Please note, however, if you have given authority to leave goods without a signature, you accept full responsibility if your parcel is lost or stolen from your property. If signature is required and you are not present when delivery takes place you should receive a 'calling card' explaining where to collect the parcel from the Post Office (or for couriers, how to arrange pickup or re-delivery).
Please contact us if you have any concerns in relation to the quality of any of our products. We will refund or exchange any faulty item purchased from our store and reimburse any associated reasonable return postage costs, if the product is determined faulty through no fault of the customer. We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects, such as issues with any parts or material defects, for six months after purchase. We do not guarantee our products for issues related to wear and tear including rips, spills, scratches, chips, mould, fading, stains and odour.
