Please contact us if you have any concerns in relation to the quality of any of our products. We will refund or exchange any faulty item purchased from our store and reimburse any associated reasonable return postage costs, if the product is determined faulty through no fault of the customer. We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects, such as issues with any parts or material defects, for six months after purchase. We do not guarantee our products for issues related to wear and tear including rips, spills, scratches, chips, mould, fading, stains and odour. I gave the lunchbox two stars in my previous review because of problems with the closing tabs breaking, but Hello Green's Customer Service team has been great, and the manufacturer is replacing it under warranty which I really appreciate (and didn't expect), so I'm looking forward to using this product again!

Perfect for keeping my salad fresh until im ready to eat it. Fits all the ingredients separately from the lettuce to keep them all fresh. Love this product!
Previously i would just chuck all of my salad ingredients into one container for work, including dressing, it would be soggy and not as nice once lunchtime arrived. With the Bentgo container im able to separate all of my salad components including the dressing so my lunch salads are fresh when i eat them. It also comes with a fork which is super handy!
I bought two of these because I bring a salad to work every day. It's brilliant. I like the fact that the salad greens are under the other sections, which keeps them nice and fresh. The only slight challenge is the plastic cover over the fork. It dislodges easily. This isn't a huge issue. I just need to be careful when transporting it.
I really enjoy the features of the lunch box. It has a fantastic set up that makes me feel like I can bring a whole meal with me wherever I go. I did find however that it isn't leak proof which is a bit disappointing but I can work with that.
This lunch box is good. It is no doubt going to save me a bit of money, and save me from going to the servo each day for a feed. You’re able to put loads into it as well as all your favourite toppings. Definitely worth the price point!
Couldn't wait for my Bento Salad Bowl to arrive when it finally did I was so surprised now all I have to do is find the money to fill with a salad never new I could fit so much in to this
