Faulty Items
Please contact us if you have any concerns in relation to the quality of any of our products. We will refund or exchange any faulty item purchased from our store and reimburse any associated reasonable return postage costs, if the product is determined faulty through no fault of the customer. We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects, such as issues with any parts or material defects, for six months after purchase. We do not guarantee our products for issues related to wear and tear including rips, spills, scratches, chips, mould, fading, stains and odour. Please contact us first to arrange a return and refund. You may return any product purchased from our store in its original condition and original packaging, unused, undamaged, with all labels still attached and within 30 days for refund of the purchase price (you must pay the cost of return postage and refund of items purchased by voucher will be by reissue of voucher).
Great material, great patterns. Only complaint is the bag just not quite bendy enough to be folded around the sandwich. This would have made it perfect for squishing into a smaller lunchbox.

Perfect for a sandwich, although not as good for a large bread roll. Strong and durable, I'm sure it will last long enough for me to find other uses than just sandwiches
