Delivery 

All orders are shipped using Australia Post or Fastway Couriers. Standard delivery is a flat rate of $9.95, or FREE for orders over $99** (see exceptions below). Express post next day delivery will incur additional charges, depending on the total weight of the order. 

** An additional postage and handling surcharge may apply for orders (including those over $99 in value) to areas outside the East coast major regional and metropolitan centres, for orders over 5kg in weight or large in size. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for large and commercial orders. We will contact you first to approve any additional charge.

Delivery - Same Day Dispatch Cut Off Time

^^ Orders made before 9AM will be dispatched same day (business days only, not weekends or public holidays), however some exceptions apply (e.g. pre-orders, or products made to order) in which case this is highlighted on the relevant product page. Safe Delivery & Authority To Leave

All orders must be signed for on delivery unless you have given authority to leave goods without a signature (in the Delivery Instructions box in the Cart). Please note, however, if you have given authority to leave goods without a signature, you accept full responsibility if your parcel is lost or stolen from your property. If signature is required and you are not present when delivery takes place you should receive a 'calling card' explaining where to collect the parcel from the Post Office (or for couriers, how to arrange pickup or re-delivery).

Faulty Items

Please contact us if you have any concerns in relation to the quality of any of our products. We will refund or exchange any faulty item purchased from our store and reimburse any associated reasonable return postage costs, if the product is determined faulty through no fault of the customer. We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects, such as issues with any parts or material defects, for six months after purchase. We do not guarantee our products for issues related to wear and tear including rips, spills, scratches, chips, mould, fading, stains and odour. Please keep in mind that although many of our products are designed for children, they are not indestructible. See our Returns Policy to learn more.

You may return any product purchased from our store in its original condition and original packaging, unused, undamaged, with all labels still attached and within 30 days for refund of the purchase price (you must pay the cost of return postage and refund of items purchased by voucher will be by reissue of voucher). Please contact us first to arrange a return and refund.
